Deciding to purchase a pipe based on a photo can be difficult. Which is why there is an inspection period of ten days, after which you may return any pipe unsmoked (and undamaged), no hassles. I don't consider a pipe to be sold unless you're happy, and I pay the shipping to you so that if you decide the pipe doesn't look as good as it did in the photos or doesn't fit your face, hand, or gestalt, you return the pipe, I return your money and we're all square. All pipes carry a one-year warranty against burnout or other defects in materials or workmanship.
